I was pleased with Motor Match Crewe and would recommend them because the service was top notch Emma was very helpful and the whole thing was a smooth transition from start to finish

I'd definitely recommend Motor Match Crewe to friends and family because the sales executive Andy is very professional and has made the purchase and part exchange as painless as possible. They even cleaned the car right before the collection again to make sure it’s not got dust on the collection day. Good follow up to make sure all things have gone well.

Motor Match Crewe staff were good because the staff were pleasant, knew there stuff around great experience.

I would not recommend Motor Match Crewe because :
Firstly the sales person was , helpful , respectful and the vehicle price was acceptable.
There was minor damage which was to be sorted.
On collection there was no visible difference whatsoever, indeed the relevant panel was still not affixed correctly. The car , apparently , had a service prior to collection.. the tpms came on on the way home , all 4 tyres were 25 or 26 psi ( measured on my accurate gauge) they should have been 33 / 30. I corrected this , however the tpms came on again a day later , either slow puncture or a problem with the tpms.....still investigating this.
All in all , I'd suggest THOUROUGLY inspecting, in detail , prior to collecting. ( My fault I guess as I do have a mobility issue )

My experience purchasing my new car from motor match was brill. Wayne was very efficient & really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble & he answered my many questions. Viewed my new car on the Thursday & was driving home in it on the Tuesday. Fab service. Would deffo recommend. Love my new car. Thank you.
